Only having two female characters in their MASSIVE lineup of Marvel superheroes really annoyed me as well, especially considering some of the B or C-list male characters they included. Ridiculous considering how much of a cash cow Frozen was, how perfect the worlds of Wreck-It Ralph, Big Hero 6, and Zootopia were for more content than just a couple of figures. I understood why they wanted to primarily focus on current or ongoing franchises as they came out.yet they never created ONE 'playset' for a new WDAS film when they're more popular than they've been in decades? Only one or two individual figures for each. They tried to sell a lot of characters there simply wasn't much demand for (Tron, Lone Ranger, etc), while ignoring obvious potential gains.

There were a lot of fun Easter eggs in the toy box that covered Disney's entire catalogue, even things like Bedknobs and Broomsticks.īut I'm NOT surprised it fell under based on their tunnel vision for what could sell. It was a great concept and a lot of what they accomplished over the years was truly wonderful and unlike anything Disney-related out there. Okay I liked Disney Infinity, collected all three platforms, and am sad to see it go.
